This position is primarily responsible for supporting the vision and goals of Charter NEX by partnering with plant-level leadership to carry out and/or implement human resources practices that meet business needs and support an overall positive and engaging plant culture. Employee Responsibilities:

Key areas of focus include:

  • Assisting with the resolution of plant-level employee relations issues
  • Non-exempt employee recruitment/staffing and onboarding

Schedule:

This position is full time position consisting of a 12 hour rotational schedule. Employees work 7 out of 14 day payroll period.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

The shifts run from 7am-7pm and 7pm – 7am. Every 4 weeks, employees flop shifts going from nights to days or vice versa. This allows employees to get full training and experience while having a 3 day weekend every other week.

Employee Responsibilities:

An employee in this entry level class is responsible for the efficient operation of extrusion equipment to produce high quality polyethylene film. Customer Service Representative – Bloomer, WI

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing effective and timely customer service for all external and internal customers. Partners with the entire Sales Department in maintaining positive customer relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering all orders into the SFA system for pricing, production scheduling, matching order confirmation data to insure correct product and amount is manufactured. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies. Process purchase order confirmations
  • Calculating delivery dates, handling rushes, and communicating delivery status and pro numbers to customers.
  • Communicating late orders or status changes to the customer.
  • Recording customer’s activities in SFA/ Sales Leads necessary for future reference.
  • Understanding and assisting with the make for hold and consignment orders.

Electrical Technician – Bloomer, WI

The Electrical Technician is responsible for providing support for electronic and electro-mechanical assembly equipment and processes, including electrical equipment installation and planning, troubleshooting equipment problems, electrical panel building and restocking electrical component inventories. Position will perform and/or develop preventive maintenance, assist with general equipment repairs and assist with special projects.
