This position is primarily responsible for supporting the vision and goals of Charter NEX by partnering with plant-level leadership to carry out and/or implement human resources practices that meet business needs and support an overall positive and engaging plant culture. This position directly reports to the Corporate HR Manager.

Employee Responsibilities:

Key areas of focus include:

  • Assisting with the resolution of plant-level employee relations issues
  • Non-exempt employee recruitment/staffing and onboarding
  • Accurate/compliant timekeeping
  • Performing all benefits administration including approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Maintain Human Resources information system records and managing personnel files
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws/regulations
  • Administer applicable internal policies and practices as defined by the organization’s Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent years of related experience
  • 3 years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience is required.

Logistics Lead – Superior, WI

This position is responsible for activities and information associated with shipping and receiving. Including maintaining and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, contributing to Superior plant goals and objectives, along with Corporate Logistics goals, reporting, and projects. Essential Functions:

  • Key communication between Superior shipping/warehouse department and other departments.

The shifts run from 7am-7pm and 7pm – 7am. Every 4 weeks, employees flop shifts going from nights to days or vice versa. This allows employees to get full training and experience while having a 3 day weekend every other week.

Customer Service Representative – Bloomer, WI

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing effective and timely customer service for all external and internal customers. Partners with the entire Sales Department in maintaining positive customer relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering all orders into the SFA system for pricing, production scheduling, matching order confirmation data to insure correct product and amount is manufactured. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies. Process purchase order confirmations
  • Calculating delivery dates, handling rushes, and communicating delivery status and pro numbers to customers.
  • Communicating late orders or status changes to the customer.
  • Recording customer’s activities in SFA/ Sales Leads necessary for future reference.
  • Understanding and assisting with the make for hold and consignment orders.
  • Coordinating customer samples, evaluating availability, ordering new samples, replenishing existing inventories, labeling samples, and updating sample master list.
  • Making customer’s sample packets, printing out brochures, and logging shipped samples.
  • Reviewing customer account activity and contacting customers appearing on the “Customers not Ordering within Expected Timeframe” report and the “Overdue Customer Contacts” report.
