MILTON, WI – February 2013 – Charter NEX films announced the purchase of two new Windmoeller & Hoelscher (W&H) 3-layer blown film lines to be installed in their Milton, Wisconsin facility. Both lines are expected to be operational by year’s end. This is the first of several additions and upgrades Charter NEX is planning as it continues to leverage their expertise in high-performance blown film manufacturing.
